- Can I start with just one product?
- Yes. Starter gives you any one of Mail, Chat, or Phone. Most operators start with Mail and add Chat or Phone within a few months.
- Do you charge per user or per workspace?
- Per user. Pricing is the same whether your users are full-time, contractors, or shared mailbox seats — every active person counts as one seat.
- What about external collaborators?
- Guests on shared channels and one-off email recipients are free. Only people with their own login count toward your seat total.
- Can I bring my own domain?
- Yes, on every plan. We provide the DNS records to add to your registrar, then verify and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for you.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, 14 days on Starter and Team. No card required to start. We will reach out before the trial ends if you have not added a billing method.
- How does Enterprise pricing work?
- Enterprise pricing is volume- and term-based. We work with your procurement team on a custom MSA, DPA, and BAA where needed. Contact sales@centerleap.com.
