centerleap, operated by GENERAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LLC, allows you to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, including data from connected integrations.

What gets deleted

Upon account deletion we will remove or irreversibly anonymize:

  • Your account profile, login credentials, and organization workspaces.
  • Email content, chat messages, call / text records, CRM and lead data, HR documents, and routing history.
  • AI / RAG inputs and generated outputs you provided, where technically feasible.
  • Tokens and credentials for connected integrations (e.g., Facebook Pages, ad accounts, or other third-party services).
  • Logs, audit trails, and analytics records associated with your account.

What may be retained

  • Encrypted backups for a limited period — up to 30 days on a rolling schedule. These backups are not used for active processing.
  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as financial / billing records, fraud-prevention records, and regulatory-compliance records.
  • End-to-end encrypted content may be purged immediately upon closure.

After the retention window, remaining data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Sign in at app.centerleap.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Review the summary and confirm deletion.

Your account and data will be removed from active systems immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Option 2: Email request

Send an email to privacy@generalsoftwarecompany.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:

  • Subject line: "Data deletion request"
  • The email address registered to your centerleap account.
  • Optional: specific integrations you want disconnected (e.g., "Facebook Page – Acme Co.") or any additional instructions.

We will verify your identity and respond within 5 business days. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of successful verification.

Disconnecting integrations (without deleting your account)

For Facebook (or similar platforms):

  • Go to Marketing → Integrations → Facebook inside centerleap and click Disconnect. This revokes our access tokens, removes webhook subscriptions, and deletes associated lead data.
  • You may also revoke access directly in the third-party platform (e.g., Facebook Business Settings). We will detect the revocation and purge orphaned data within 24 hours.

Similar self-service disconnection options exist for other integrations.

Verification & protection

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may require confirmation from the registered email address or a login challenge before processing the request.
