Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: April 29, 2026

CenterLeap, operated by GENERAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LLC, lets you delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make that request, including for data we obtained from third-party platforms (such as Facebook Pages, Lead Ads, or connected ad accounts) on your behalf.

What gets deleted

  • Your CenterLeap account profile and login credentials
  • Workspaces, mailboxes, and email content stored by CenterLeap
  • Tokens and credentials we hold for connected integrations (Facebook Pages, ad accounts, lead-form subscriptions, etc.)
  • Lead records and webhook payloads received from connected platforms
  • Logs, analytics, and audit records associated with your account

Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited retention window (up to 30 days) and in legal/financial records where retention is required by law. Backups are overwritten on rolling schedule and are not used for any active processing.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in at app.centerleap.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@centerleap.com from the email address associated with your CenterLeap account. Include:

  • The subject line "Data deletion request"
  • The email address registered with your CenterLeap account
  • Optional: which connected integrations you want disconnected (e.g. "Facebook Page Acme Co.")

We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.

Disconnecting Facebook specifically

If you only want to revoke CenterLeap's access to your Facebook data (and not delete your CenterLeap account):

  1. Inside CenterLeap, go to Marketing → Integrations → Facebook and click Disconnect. This revokes our access tokens, removes the leadgen webhook subscription from each connected Page, and deletes lead data we received via that connection.
  2. You can also revoke access from Facebook directly at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. Removing CenterLeap there will invalidate our tokens; we will purge the orphaned data on the next reconciliation run (within 24 hours).

Verification

To protect you against unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file or to complete a login challenge before processing it.
