This page explains how to request deletion of a CenterLeap account and associated personal information. It applies to the web application and the single CenterLeap iOS and Android apps.

Delete an account from the product

  1. Sign in at https://app.centerleap.com.
  2. Open Account → Delete account, or go directly to https://app.centerleap.com/dashboard/account/delete.
  3. Review the deletion summary and complete the confirmation steps.

The in-product flow is the recommended route because it identifies the signed-in account and provides a confirmation record. An organization owner or administrator may have additional responsibilities for organization-level data and connected services.

Request deletion by email

You may also email privacy@generalsoftwarecompany.com from the email address associated with the account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject line and identify the account or organization involved. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.

What we delete or anonymize

Subject to the limits below, we remove or irreversibly anonymize account-profile information and Customer Content associated with a verified deletion request from active systems. This can include organization workspace data, messages, mail data, communications records, documents, CRM data, workflow data, routing data, and connected-service credentials, depending on the account and authorization scope.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including billing and tax records, fraud-prevention information, security logs, dispute records, and data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days on a rolling schedule and are not restored to active processing except when necessary for disaster recovery or security.

We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or legally restricted, we will explain the delay or limitation where required by law.

Connected services

Disconnecting an integration prevents future access but may not remove information retained by that third party under its own policies. Use the applicable in-product integration controls and, where needed, the connected provider’s own account controls.
