centerleap — Disclaimer

Effective date: May 3, 2026 Last updated: May 3, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to all services provided by GENERAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LLC, doing business as centerleap.com ("centerleap," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website, web application, mobile apps, and all related features. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Disclaimer.

1. No professional advice

The Services — including AI-generated content, document templates, HR tools, contract suggestions, routing recommendations, and any other outputs — are provided for informational and operational assistance only.

You should not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice.

  • AI-generated contracts, employee documents, or HR recommendations are not legal advice.
  • Routing, dispatch, or ETA suggestions are not guarantees of performance or safety.
  • We are not a law firm, accounting firm, HR consultancy, or licensed professional service provider.

Always consult qualified professionals (attorneys, accountants, HR experts, etc.) for your specific situation before making decisions based on any content generated or suggested by the Services. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and validating all outputs.

2. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis

The Services and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
  • That AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, centerleap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under any theory of liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

4. Third-party services and integrations

The Services integrate with or rely on third-party providers (e.g., Telnyx, Supabase, Anthropic, Google, Facebook). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control them.

5. AI-generated content

AI features are assistive tools only. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for any use or reliance on AI-generated content. We bear no liability for decisions made based on such content.

We do not use your data to train AI models (except where you explicitly opt in in the future).

6. Communications features

For phone, text, email, and chat features, you are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents and for complying with telemarketing, anti-spam, recording, and data-protection laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc.). We provide technical tools, but compliance is your responsibility.

7. Forward-looking statements

Any statements about future features, performance, or improvements are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees. Actual results may differ.

8. Changes to the Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

9. Governing law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, consistent with our Terms of Service.
