SMS Opt-In & Recovery

centerleap.com (a DBA of GENERAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LLC) uses SMS to deliver one-time verification codes (OTPs) when a user signs in or adds a phone number to their account. This page tells you what to do if you stop receiving codes, what number we send from, and the full program details.

Can’t get your verification code?

Verification codes are sent from +1 (888) 400-2270. Save that number as a contact so codes show up labelled in your messages app. Here’s how to recover delivery if codes aren’t arriving:

  1. Wait a minute and request a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours expired, return to the sign-in screen, enter your number again, and a fresh code will be sent.
  2. Check that you haven’t previously replied STOP. If you ever replied STOP to a centerleap.com message from +1 (888) 400-2270, your carrier is silently blocking every code we try to send. To re-enable delivery, text START to +1 (888) 400-2270 from the same phone, then try signing in again.
  3. Confirm the number is correct.Verification only works on the phone number tied to your centerleap.com account. If you’ve changed numbers, contact support (below) to update it.
  4. Still stuck? Email support@centerleap.com from the email address on your centerleap.com account. We’ll help you regain access.

What this number is used for

+1 (888) 400-2270 is centerleap.com’s dedicated SMS sender for sign-in OTPs only. You will receive a message from this number only when you (or someone attempting to access your account) initiates a sign-in or phone-number change.

  • No marketing. We never send promotional, sales, or announcement messages from this number.
  • No third parties. centerleap.com does not share, sell, or rent phone numbers or opt-in data to third parties.
  • Product-inquiry conversations happen on a separate number, +1 (877) 783-5327, under a separate program (described below). Opting out of one does not affect the other.

Product-inquiry SMS line (+1 (877) 783-5327)

+1 (877) 783-5327 is a separate toll-free number you can text if you have a question about the centerleap.com product. We reply to your inbound message; we don’t send unsolicited messages from this number.

How to opt in

Text your question to +1 (877) 783-5327. Sending the first SMS is your consent to receive replies. There is no web checkbox and no verbal-on-call enrolment for this program — only the inbound SMS itself.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time. Your carrier will stop delivering messages from +1 (877) 783-5327 immediately. Reply START from the same phone to re-enable. Reply HELP for the support contact. Opting out of this number does not affect sign-in OTP delivery from +1 (888) 400-2270.

The sign-in screen

On app.centerleap.com, users enter their phone number to receive a code. The disclosure below the field tells them, in plain language, that pressing “Continue” will trigger an SMS from +1 (888) 400-2270. Pressing the button is the express, affirmative consent action — the field is empty by default and no consent is pre-selected.

A single SMS is delivered to the number provided, containing a 6-digit code. The user types the code on the next screen to complete sign-in. No further messages are sent for this sign-in.
